- Web 2.0 Visual Aesthetics
We know "Web 2.0" is not about aesthetics, but "Web 2.0" applications have created a unique visual presentation style. Higher points for web pages with "Web 2.0" looks. However, it is not necessary to actually use any Web 2.0 tools or libraries. You may if you wish to. There is no requirement that your Web page is a Web 2.0 application. In this contest, we are only looking for Web 2.0 visual aesthetics and not Web 2.0 technical features.

| This test was done on a Traditional Chinese Windows XP Professional SP3 machine using NTFS.
The similar issue seems to be found also in Win2K3, Vista, and Windows 7 but I didn't do any intensive tests on those operating systems yet.
To brief the issue, when created a folder with trailing dot(s) using "md b..\", you cannot access the newly created folder(well, you can actually access this folder by typing the full path in Windows Explorer, e.g.: c:\b..\). However, after you created the same folder without trailing dot(s) using "md b", you can now access both folders without ANY difficulties. But the worst is that the content of both folders is linked together. Let's see it in action!

| 每一次聽干將與莫邪的故事，總讓我淚流。

干將、莫邪是兩把劍，但是沒有人能分開它們。

莫邪知道干將為什麼歎氣，因為爐中采自五山六合的金鐵之精無法熔化，鐵英不化，劍就無法鑄成。
干將也知道莫邪為什麼流淚，因為劍鑄不成，自己就得被吳王殺死。
干將依舊歎氣，而在一天晚上，莫邪卻突然笑了。
看到莫邪笑了，干將突然害怕起來，干將知道莫邪為什麼笑，干將對莫邪說：莫邪 ，你千萬不要去做。莫邪沒說什麼，她只是笑。
干將醒來的時候，發現莫邪沒在身邊。
干將如萬箭穿心，他知道莫邪在哪兒。
莫邪站在高聳的鑄劍爐壁上，裙裾飄飛，宛如仙女。
莫邪看到干將的身影在熹微的晨光中從遠處急急奔來。她笑了，她聽到干將嘶啞的 喊叫：莫邪……，莫邪依然在笑，但是淚水也同時流了下來。
干將也流下了眼淚，在淚光模糊中他看到莫邪飄然墜下，他聽到莫邪最後對他說道：干將，我沒有死，我們還會在一起……
鐵水熔化，劍順利鑄成。
一雄一雌，取名干將莫邪，干將只將「干將」獻給吳王。
干將私藏「莫邪」的消息很快被吳王知曉，武士將干將團團圍住，干將束手就擒，他打開劍匣絕望地向裡面問道：莫邪，我們怎樣才能在一起？
劍忽從匣中躍出，化為一條清麗的白龍，飛騰而去，同時，干將也突然消失無蹤。
在干將消失的時候，吳王身邊的「干將」劍也不知去向。
而在千里之外的荒涼的貧城縣，在一個叫延平津的大湖裡突然出現了一條年輕的白龍。這條白龍美麗而善良，為百姓呼風喚雨，荒涼的貧城縣漸漸風調雨順，五穀豐登，縣城的名字也由貧城改為豐城。
可是，當地人卻時常發現，這條白龍幾乎天天都在延平津的湖面張望，像在等待什 麼，有人還看到它的眼中常含著淚水。
六百年過去了。
一個偶然的機會裡，豐城縣令雷煥在修築城牆的時候，從地下掘出一個石匣，裡面有一把劍，上面赫然刻著「干將」二字，雷煥欣喜異常，將這把傳誦已久的名劍帶在身邊。
有一天，雷煥從延平津湖邊路過，腰中佩劍突然從鞘中跳出躍進水裡，正在雷煥驚愕之際，水面翻湧，躍出黑白雙龍，雙龍向雷煥頻頻點頭意在致謝，然後，兩條龍脖頸親熱地糾纏廝磨，雙雙潛入水底不見了。
在豐城縣世代生活的百姓們，發現天天在延平津湖面含淚張望據說已存在了六百多年的白龍突然不見了。
而在第二天，縣城裡卻搬來了一對平凡的小夫妻。
丈夫是一個出色的鐵匠，技藝非常精湛，但他只用心鍛打掙不了幾個錢的普通農具卻拒絕打造有千金之利的兵器，在他幹活的時候，他的小妻子總在旁邊為他扇扇子，擦汗水。
干將、莫邪是一對摯情之劍。

Useful in particular for young professionals
The following 10 patterns of behavior have worked for me and I believe they will work for others, especially for young people:
1. Have a dream.
First, you have to have a dream of what you want to achieve. Dreams are very powerful internal motivators. Great achievements are created twice: first in the mind, then in concrete form. I cannot think of a single transformation or achievement, individual or social that did not begin with a dream.
2. Stay on course
Second, stay on course, even if you stumble. When everything seems to go wrong, don't give up but let misfortune transform you into a stronger person. The difference between great achievement and failure is not intelligence but perseverance.
3. Admit your shortcomings
Third, do not be afraid to admit you shortcomings. While it is important to project what we are good at, we must be equally candid about the areas we need to improve on. The important thing is not to hide behind a false front. People will respect us for our honesty, if not our wisdom.
4. Look ahead
Fourth, think about what you will take on next, rather than what you may be letting go. If we linger too long on past successes, we will miss out on the opportunities ahead. “A successful formula yesterday will not guarantee success tomorrow.” We must learn to look at change as an exciting adventure, rather than a description. New avenues for learning always lie just beyond the shade of our comfort zone.
5. Contribute in every situation
Fifth, contribute in every situation and don't be lazy. The only way to keep learning is by contributing. In an organization, every person is important. It doesn't matter what position you hold, you are still part of the organization and the organization needs your participation. Leadership is not about exercising power as much as about contributing. This will happen when we realize that leadership is not a privilege but a responsibility.
6. Pursue excellence
Sixth, pursue excellence in whatever you do. Excellence cannot be forced through a process nor guaranteed by a certificate. It comes from a consuming passion to do one’s best. It needs an eye for the smallest details. Excellence is a habit, not an act.
7. Do not take yourself too seriously
Seventh, while you must take your career seriously, do not take yourself too seriously. You have to laugh and find humor everyday. This will help you keep issues in perspective.
8. Know what you are good at
Eighth, we must know what we are really good at. Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we must focus on where our talents truly lie. Exceptional performance usually comes from doing what comes naturally to us.
9. Always welcome feedback
